If you are coming to the Costa Blanca on holidays make sure you know whether the shops will be open!
Spanish Public Holidays are complicated. There are National Holidays, the Valencian Community Holidays, Alicante Holidays and Village Holidays- it´s true!
Here is a listing of the Valencian Community Holidays but be aware that at almost any time of the year you can run into a Village Holiday.
