The body of a man has been washed up on a beach near Orihuela.
The man has been identified as a 39 year old Russian. He had been swimming off Los Locos beach near Orihuela during the recent storms. Apparently he got into difficulty and drowned. His body was discovered on the Playa Flamenca beach, again near Orihuela.
It is thought that the man liked taking early morning dips.
