Helicopter Causes Damage in Denia

A helicopter which landed in Denia has led to a bitter row.
 The helicopter was privately owned by a top ranking miltary officer. He was taking lunch at a local restaurant and decided to fly in. The landing site was allegedly proposed by the restaurant.
However, the site was actually right in the middle of a nature reserve which has recently been replanted. The landing has caused serious and 'important damage' to the area.
Local police in Denia have denounced the behaviour to the Ministry for the Environment. |
